30 Day Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day policy for returns and exchanges.  The 30-day window begins on the day you receive your package.

To be eligible for a Return or an Exchange:

  • The return box must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • The garment must be in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges

30 days to make an exchange free of charge.

If your size or color is different than expected we will email you a printable pre-paid shipping label free of charge for the exchange.  (Limit: 1 per order.  If your order includes multiple garments that are being exchanged, please include all of the exchanges in one package.)

Exchanges can be made through your account page, by email, or by phone.  When we accept your request, we will send you an email with a printable pre-paid shipping label for your return package.

Once we receive your package, we'll fulfill your requested exchange and ship it back to you.  You will receive a shipping and tracking notification via email. 

Returns

30 days to return your order for a full refund.

All Returns can be made through your account page, by email, or by phone. 

To help you save time and money at the post office, we offer an $8.00 flat rate printable shipping label for your return package.  If you choose this optional service, we will subtract $8.00 from the amount you are to be refunded.

We will send you a brief questionnaire via email for all returns to help us better understand what issues you experienced and how we can improve our products.

If you are ever unsatisfied by the quality of our craftsmanship, or if the stitches of your garment fail before the fabric wears out, return the garment to Sacred Geometrix for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Repairs at The Reforged Division:

This is a garment refurbishing service we provide free or at a reasonable cost in order to keep your favorite garments going strong and looking good for as long as possible.

If you are interested in having an item repaired, please head over to The Reforged Division page to initiate the process.  We handle reforging separately from our Returns and Exchanges program.

FAQ's:

Can I exchange my item for a different style than I originally purchased?

Yes!  If the purchase price is the same or less than the original order:  We can credit you back the difference.

If the purchase prices is more than the original order we will create an additional order to cover the costs.  This can be done on the phone or via email.

When will I receive the refund?

As long as your garment is undamaged and fully eligible for the return during the 30-day window, we will automatically refund to your original payment method.

You will receive a notification via email indicating that you have been refunded.

It may take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

My package was damaged / there was a manufacturing defect / I received the wrong item - what do I do?

Please contact us immediately regarding any of these issues, and we will replace your item  at no additional cost to you.

We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label so you can easily ship back the garment.  When we receive your package we will ship out your replacement item immediately.
