We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused. Garments with make up stains, glitter and/or animal hair will definitely not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Or call us at (707) 633-3770. If your return is accepted, you will cover the cost of shipping in getting the garment back to us. We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return: if once inspected are eligible for return, they will be subject to an additional $25 restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, package was damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any garment received with a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge. Upon the returned item has been received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any garment made using the GEO Modulators. Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot offer returns as we can not predict the resale-ability of these custom creations.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
