Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy.  The 30 day window starts upon date of package delivery.

To be eligible for a Return:

  • Post marked within 30 days of when package was originally delivered.
  • Garment must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Cannot be a custom garment created using a Geo Modulator.

 

Our Policies:

Returns

All Returns: You cover the cost to ship the garment back to us.  We'll refund your purchase, minus our cost of shipping the original package to you.

Self-Serve Returns through your account:  Go to your account page and request a return.  We will accept your return and email you a return label (an additional $9.00 will be deducted for this return label).  You will receive a refund for your purchase once we have received your garment.

 

Exchanges

All Exchanges: You cover the cost to ship the garment back to us - and we'll ship the new preferred size back to you without any further cost.  After we receive your package, we will fulfill your new garment and send you a shipping + tracking notification via email.

Self-Serve Exchanges through your account: After you have requested the exchange, please send a payment of $9.00 via Venmo to @SacredGeometrix (our gold logo will pop up and you'll know its the correct account).  Upon confirmation of payment we will accept your request for exchange and email you the pre-paid shipping label for your return package.  

Once we receive your package, we'll fulfill your requested exchange and ship it back to you.  You will receive a shipping + tracking notification via email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on any garment made using the GEO Modulators.  Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot offer returns as we can not predict the resale-ability of these custom made garments. 

 

FAQ's:

When will I receive the refund?

As long as your garment is undamaged and fully eligible for the return in the 30 day window, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

You will receive a notification via email indicating you have been refunded.

It may take up to 3 - 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

My package was damaged / there was a manufacturing defect / I received the wrong item - what do I do?

Please contact us immediately regarding any of these issues, and you will have your item replaced, at no additional cost to you.

We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label in order for you to easily ship back the garment.  Upon receiving the package your replacement will be shipped out immediately.
