All products bearing the Sacred Geometrix logo are covered under our Strong Seams Lifetime Guarantee.

If you are ever unsatisfied by the quality of our craftsmanship, or the stitches of your garment fail before the fabric wears out, return it to Sacred Geometrix for a repair, replacement or refund. Garments damaged from normal wear and tear or accidents can be repaired at reasonable rates depending on damages, at The Reforged Division. 

Our Lifetime Guarantee protects your Sacred Geometrix garment for the Natural Lifetime of the Garment.

The Natural Lifetime being defined by the amount of time the garments materials naturally maintain their integrity before becoming compromised due to age and normal wear and tear.

What's Covered:

  • Garments where the stitches are failing to hold, before the fabric has begun to wear out.
  • Garments manufactured with defects in the material, craftsmanship or hardware.

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (fading, pilling, or thinning fabric).
  • Damage from misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations.
  • Issues arising from not following care instructions.

Duration, Limitations and Transferability:

The Strong Seams Guarantee is non-transferable, and covers the natural lifetime of the garment, and is redeemable for the original buyer only.

How to Make a Claim:

What you'll need to begin the claim:

  • Proof of purchase with date
  • Photos and a complete description of the issue.

Process for Eligible Claims:

Upon reviewing the claim, if the garment is deemed eligible to be covered: a printable prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you to begin this process. 

Once your garment arrives to our facility it will be up to Sacred Geometrix to determine whether the garment shall be repaired, replaced or refunded. We will notify you on our decision via email.

Repaired: Your original garment will be fixed and quality control checked to ensure your garment has been restored to its original functional value.

Replaced: Your original garment will be replaced by a new version of the same garment type.  If we are unable to match the variation style exactly we will notify you on the other variants currently available. 

Refunded: If your original garment can not be repaired or replaced, you will be given the option for refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Sacred Geometrix will ship your garment back to you and notify via email with shipping and tracking information.

 

Process for Ineligible Claims:

If before or after arriving to our facility we determine that the nature of the damages of the garment were in fact not eligible to be covered: we will notify you on the remaining options for your garment. 

Even if your garment is not eligible for a claim, it may by able to be repaired by The Reforged Division.  In this case your garment will have three final options:

Repair - The Reforged Division will fix your garment for a reasonable fee.

Returned - Garment is shipped back to you - $15.00 flat rate shipping fee.

Discarded - Garment is thrown away by Sacred Geometrix.

  • Full Disclosure:
    All terms, conditions, and limitations of this guarantee are fully disclosed in clear and understandable language, as required by federal law. You may review this warranty on our website at any time before purchase.

  • Implied Warranties:
    This warranty does not limit or disclaim any implied warranties provided by law, including the implied warranty of merchantability, unless permitted by state law and clearly stated here. You are entitled to basic protections even if not explicitly mentioned in this document.

  • Remedies:
    If your garment is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it within a reasonable time and at no charge to you. If repair or replacement is not possible after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit, as outlined in our warranty terms.

  • No Tie-In Sales Requirements:
    Your warranty remains valid even if you use third-party cleaning or repair services as long as they are consistent with our care instructions. We do not require you to use only our branded services or products to maintain your warranty rights.

  • Pre-Sale Availability:
    This warranty is available for you to read before purchase, both online and upon request at the point of sale, in compliance with federal regulations.

  • State Law Rights:
    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty affects your rights under applicable state or federal law.
