Here is a list of all our Fabric prints and the sacred geometry symbols used in their designs. For more information on these Sacred Symbols, their significance and meaning. Here for The Symbology In Our Fabrics

VE - Vector Equilibrium

The basics: This fabric pattern is a 2d representation of the 3d geometric shape, popularized by Buckminster Fuller as the Cube Octahedron Vector Equilibrium.  It is the only 3 dimensional shape where the length of the center vertex to an outside vertex, is the same length as the outside vertex to the outside vertex.

The Geometry:  The shape consists of 8 tetrahedrons pointing inwards, and can also be seen as a truncated hexahedron (cube).  The strength and equalized vector alignment is structurally perfect. In total harmony within its own bounds, its power and strength is the basis and inspiration behind our brands logo.

In Nature:  Because this structure is isometric ("of or having equal measurement") it is found in crystallography.  The atomic bonds of chemicals form in different structures and the cubic structure of the cube-octahedron is one of the most common.

Starburst - 64 Tetrahedron Grid

The Basics: In this fabric print there is a center star containing the shape known as the 64 tetrahedron grid.  The shape is composed of 8 "star tetrahedrons."  In strict geometric terminology, a star tetrahedron is a mis-lable, as the geometric form is more accurately described as a stellated octahedron.  The stellations are in the form of tetrahedrons, and because there are 8 faces of an octahedron, there are 8 tetrahedrons per stellated octahedron.  Combining 8 of these structures together creates a super structure called the 64 Tetrahedron Grid.

The Geometry: Similar to how the Flower of Life is composed of 8 seeds of life, the 64 Tetrahedron grid is composed of 8 star tetrahedrons.  When all the angles of the tetrahedrons come together, a cube-octahedron shape is formed. Similar to the Vector equilibrium, there are some interesting effects when observing the 64 tetrahedron grid: at one angle it appears to be a cube, and at another angle it appears to be hexagonal.

History: This shape is thought to be an answer to the mysteries surrounding the ancient symbol found in the Kabbalah, The Tree of Life.
