We guarantee everything we make. If the stitches fail before the fabric wears out, your garment is protected.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied, within 30 days from when you receive your product, you can return it for a full refund.
Repair a Garment
We make what we sell. So we can repair it too. The Reforged Division is here to repair your favorite garments.

FAQ
Shipping & Returns
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
All of our garments are made to order, in the order we receive them. Typical order fulfillment time is 2 weeks, plus ship time to your location. We will notify you if we are shipping behind schedule.
Holiday season begins November 20th through December 20th - expect delays during this peak season.
How long will it take for my order to be made?
Typical Order Fulfillment is 1-2 Weeks. Depending on the time of year, if we are taking longer than usual to complete orders we will reach out to let you know.
Im outside of the 30 Day return timeframe, can I still return my order?
If your garment is unworn and still in its original packaging and no more than 45 days after date of delivery - we will typically be able to accept the return.
Sizing and Fitting
I'm in between sizes, what do you recommend?
If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
I like a looser fit, should I size up?
Yes. Because our dresses are designed to be form fitting in the chest and waist, if you prefer a looser feeling we would suggest sizing up a size or two.
My measurements indicate two different sizes, what size should I pick?
Women: If your measurements for bust/chest and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your bust measurement.
Men: Chest is usually the best size predictor for menswear. However, if your waist measurement is larger, order the size indicated by your waist.
Our Fabrics
What is Interlock Fabric?
Interlock is a thick Jersey knit fabric. Due to the process of how the cotton yarns are weaved, they 'interlock' together and provide a great 2 way stretch, strength and durability.
Are your garments pre-shrunk?
No. Our garments will shrink between 0 - 5% once laundered.

Can I customize a garment not yet available as a GEO Modulator?
Yes, we can do it via phone. Contact us via phone or email to set up a time to make your selection and discuss price.
