ABOUT THIS DESIGN:

Its all breath! Having been going through some personal struggles lately, I started to look deeper into why certain physical issues kept coming up for me... the journey of self improvement is an ongoing struggle that takes a lot of time, and persistence to make even small amounts of progress sometimes. I started to see a pattern where when my mind wondered into places that would give me anxiety, or self doubt, or even self deprecating thoughts - I wasn't breathing! Holding the breath, getting so caught up in my own head that I forgot I had a body. The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step and for me that step has been to acknowledge what my auto pilot breathing patterns are while I move through the day. I have found that there is so much unconscious breath happening throughout my day, and most of my breaths are shallow. I decided to break this cycle and start each day after I wake up to focus my breath before I get out of bed. And by breathing deep and fully whenever I realize I have been lost in thought or become aware of shallow breathing, I have begun to change my emotional and physical well being.
My intention for this design is to inspire anyone to BREATH!!! And to dive deep into the healing Chi that is in Prana energy! I have a long way to go before I feel I will breath fully and deeply unconsciously, but the calmness and physiological improvements I have already experienced by just becoming aware of what my resting state of breathing is throughout my day has changed my life for the better!

What is tone on tone printing?

• Printing using tone on tone inks creates a design that is the same color of the garment, but a darker tone.

Does it look good printed on any garment color?

• Tone on Tone prints turn out the great with all garments unless they are extremely dark colors.

Why does the design look grey on really light colored fabrics?

• Tone on Tone ink is made by adding a small amount of grey pigment to a clear base. For example if the garment color is very light, like a soft pink or light blue, it may appear more grey (rather than blue or pink).

How do I know if the garment was printed in the Tone on Tone style?

• Beneath the garment Color Options - will read Ink Color: Tone on Tone.
• Additionally this will be designated in the Description Tab, under Ink Color: Tone on Tone.
